We take no commission and no margin from any factory, ever. Nobody else in your chain pays us.
When your plan needs a new factory, we help you find and qualify it.
You sign with the factory directly. We take nothing from them.

One supplier? Month-to-month help?
Programs are for building a system across several suppliers or countries. For one-on-one work with a supplier, month to month, our sister company China Agent Ltd covers China, and Vietnam-Agent.com and India-Agent.com cover those hubs. Many clients use both.

Which program should I start with?
Start with the one that matches your question today. If you're not sure who really makes your product, it's Mapping & Origin. If you've received a customs notice, it's CBP Response. If you're adding a country, it's Production Move. A 30-minute call will point you to the right one.
Can I combine programs?
Yes. Many clients do. Each program is scoped and priced on its own, in writing, before you pay.
How are the programs priced?
Each program has a "from" price, and the final price depends on the number of suppliers, products and countries involved. Every project is scoped and priced in writing before you pay, so you know the job, the price and the end date before we start.
Do I have to keep working with you afterwards?
No. Every system is built to run with your own team or any employer-of-record provider you choose. Some clients keep working with us, and that's an option, never a requirement.
Do you work outside China, Vietnam and India?
Other hubs, including Indonesia, Bangladesh and Malaysia, are scoped on request.
How is a program different from a monthly service?
A program has a start, an end and a handover, and builds a system once. A monthly service, from our sister companies, is ongoing one-on-one work with a supplier.
Do you give legal advice?
No. We build the supplier side: the records, files and structure. Your customs broker and trade counsel advise and file.
