We started in Guangzhou, working for importers. Today we build supply chain systems across China, Vietnam and India.

Our story
In 2009 we opened our first office in Guangzhou, with one idea: importers need someone on their side, inside the factory, who is paid by them and not by the supplier.
Over the next years we added Foshan, then Yiwu and Shenzhen. In 2016 the Guangzhou team became China Agent, and it still works one-on-one with importers and their suppliers in China, month after month.
Then our clients' production started to spread. First to Vietnam, then India. They didn't need more agents. They needed one system that works across countries, and proof of where each product is made.
So in 2023 we registered Asia Agent Pte Ltd in Singapore. Our teams in Vietnam and India came under it, and we started building that system.

Who is Asia Agent?
Asia Agent Pte Ltd is a Singapore company that builds supply chain and compliance systems for importers who manufacture in China, Vietnam and India. It grew out of the China Agent network, which has worked for importers in China since 2009.
What is the difference between Asia Agent and China Agent?
China Agent Ltd works one-on-one with your suppliers in China, every month. Asia Agent builds the whole system once, across several countries, then hands it over. Clients can use both.
Are you a sourcing agent?
No. We don't take commissions or margins from any factory. When your plan needs a new factory, we help you find and qualify it, and you sign with the factory directly.
Where are you based?
Our head office is in Singapore, and we work with teams in China, Vietnam and India. Other hubs, including Indonesia, Bangladesh and Malaysia, are scoped on request.
Who pays you?
Only you. Nobody else in your chain pays us.
