The reasons are good ones: keep forced labor out of the products people buy, stop goods being routed through one country to hide where they were made, and make sure honest factories aren't undercut by the ones that cut corners. The result is better, safer products.
For most factories, the proof already exists. What's usually missing is a system that collects it, connects it across countries and keeps it current. Built in from the start, that's very manageable. Built after a problem, it's slower and costs more.

Who we are
Asia Agent Pte Ltd is based in Singapore, with teams in China, Vietnam and India. It was founded by Eldad Shashua, who has worked inside Asian factories on the importer's side since 2009. Management signs off every build.

What does Asia Agent do?
Asia Agent builds supply chain and compliance systems for importers who manufacture in more than one Asian country. We map suppliers down to raw material, build origin evidence, put contracts and supplier files in place, and hand the system to the client's own team or chosen provider. We work in China, Vietnam and India.
Why does it matter where the real manufacturing happens?
US customs decides a product's origin by where it was substantially transformed, not where it was last packed or shipped from. Goods assembled from parts made elsewhere may not count as made in the country they ship from. Clear production records show where the transformation actually happened.
Can you help us add a factory in Vietnam or India?
Yes. When a client's plan needs a new factory, we help find and qualify it, and the client signs with the factory directly. Asia Agent takes no commission or margin from any factory.
Do we have to keep using your team after the build?
No. Every system is built to run with the client's own team or any employer-of-record provider they choose. Some clients keep working with us, and that's an option, not a requirement.
Do you cover EU rules as well as CBP?
Yes. Builds include EU modules where they apply: the forced labour regulation from December 2027, CBAM for steel and aluminium, deforestation rules for wood and rubber, and chemical requirements.
How is Asia Agent different from China Agent?
China Agent Ltd works one-on-one with suppliers in China, every month. Asia Agent builds the whole system once, across several countries, then hands it over. Clients can use both.
How much does a build cost?
Programs start from $4,500 to $18,000 depending on the work. Every build is scoped and priced in writing before the client pays.
Do you give legal advice?
No. We build the supplier side: the records, files and structure. Your customs broker and trade counsel advise and file.
